The Bloom Design Company provides a collection of
uplifting, encouraging resources that empower and inspire
women to pursue their creative passions.
A Brief History
This website was started back in 2014 as an online portfolio to showcase freelance graphic design projects by founder Rachel Cottrell. It quickly became a creative outlet and blog that allowed Rachel to share her passion for design and business, as a way to influence other entrepreneurial designers.
As the years have gone on, this space has gained the greater purpose of being a resource for young, stay-at-home mamas looking to turn their creative passions into side hustles. We publish inspiring, informative content to educate on a whole range of topics including online marketing, balancing the responsibilities of business and motherhood, and all the info you need to start, market, and grow your creative side business.
We hope this place is set up in a way that's easy to explore and discover new passions, and to find helpful content on whatever creative journey you find yourself. We'd love to hear feedback on the site, so be sure to get in touch if you have something to say!
